General Terms & Acceptance

Account Registration & Eligibility

Eligibility Requirements

To create an account at joa99, the following conditions must be met:

• You must manage your account yourself and voluntarily — allowing someone else to operate it is prohibited.

Account Security

Identity Verification (KYC)

joa99 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This process may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. We reserve the right to put withdrawals on hold until verification is complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at joa99 is ৳200. We support the following payment methods:

Deposited funds must be legitimate and genuinely owned. Any form of manipulation or irregularity in the deposit process will not be tolerated.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10–45 minutes. However, this may take longer if identity verification or a security review is required. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the original deposit.

Transaction Liability

joa99 is not responsible for delays in transaction processing caused by technical errors, delays from third-party payment providers, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, our support team is always ready to help with such issues.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

Welcome Bonus

joa99 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,200.

Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 20x applies to bonuses. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses can only be used on eligible games.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Each bonus has a specific expiry date; any unused bonus is cancelled once it expires.
• joa99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.

Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or placing coordinated bets with the intent to exploit bonus offers is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

Gaming Policy & Fair Play

joa99's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier assignment and changes are entirely at joa99's discretion. Detailed terms relating to cashback rewards will be stated on the relevant promotions page and are subject to change at any time.

joa99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse.
• Suspected security risk.

User Rights

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before closure, subject to applicable conditions being met.

The Bengali version of these terms shall be considered authoritative. In the event of any discrepancy in a translation, the Bengali version takes precedence.
